Los Angeles

We are pleased to announce the completion and availability of our newest  map in the “Great American Cities” series. Los Angeles has a culture and physical setting unlike any other. Central Los Angeles, representing Los Angeles proper, is the heart of the city that arose from a Spanish mission. It holds the iconic landmarks that have become legends of the silver screen. Greater Los Angeles sits in a huge basin bounded by the Pacific Ocean and the San Gabriel, Santa Monica and Santa Ana Mountains; from Malibu to San Clemente, from Simi Valley to San Bernardino, it is a huge metropolitan area interconnected by its famous freeways. 

This is our first city map with two different panels, celebrating the unique dual nature of the City of Angels. Viewing this map, one can appreciate, perhaps for the first time, where all those familiar towns really are and learn to know the area like an Angeleno.
